We understand it can be very disappointing if your trip is cancelled, because it hasn’t reached the minimum numbers. With that in mind it’s also essential we provide confidence and peace of mind to our customers. You’ll be pleased to know, most of our tours are guaranteed with a minimum of 1 people travelling.

Does Africa Photo Travel use local tour guides?

With years of experience, you can be assured our tours operate efficiently and smoothly in every aspect. Not only does our strong relationship with our local partners ensure they will always look after you, you can be assured you are getting the best local experience with professionals who know all the local secrets.

What do I need to do before my tours starts?

We will provide you with your final travel documents approximately 4 weeks prior to departure. Your documents may include (if applicable) your air ticket, a detailed day by day tour itinerary with hotel names, telephone numbers and support contact details, destination information booklet & maps (if available).

Does Africa Photo Travel Tours offer discounts on group bookings?

Travel with family and friends is a great way to travel. If a group of 6-9 guests travel together, a discount of 5% off the land-only portion, per person, applies to your booking! If 10 or more people travel together, MW Tours offers very attractive group rates based on the number of people. So, it pays to travel together!
